How do I send my photograph?
By cooperating with our various ■
dealers ■ we have streamlined
the photo enlargement process in order to make it simple
and convenient for our customers.
Step One
Bring a photo you wish to enlarge on
Digital Camera or scanned Photo/Negative
to our headquarters or any one
of our several ■ dealers ■ .
Choose from the photo enlargement options on our price list.
Please allow up to 4-6 business days for your photo to be
printed and ready for pick-up.
Step Two
Your photo is printed on our state-of-the-art, large
format printer.
If you requested an artist canvas print, it will be
stretched for you
at no additional charge.
How long does it take after I order to receive my
enlargement?
Please allow up to
4-6 business days for your photo to be printed
and ready for pick-up.
When will my original be returned?
Your original will be returned with your order when it
deliver depending
on the size of the source file. If it will not fit with the
order it will be
delivered in a separate envelope.
I have received my enlargement but have not yet received
my original back?

sales@marketology.com,
sometimes your original may go out in a separate envelope
depending on the size of the original source file, otherwise
all original photographs and negatives are returned with
your order.
I received my order but the enlargement was damaged during
delivery?
Contact
sales@marketology.com
in order to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
you will be required to send the damaged print back to us.
